Yes — applying and joining the Talent Bridge program is completely free for job seekers. There are no upfront fees. We are compensated by our employer partners when a successful placement is made.
No prior work experience is required. We welcome ambitious graduates and career changers. Our training program is designed to take you from where you are now to job-ready, regardless of your starting point.
We currently have verified partner companies across 12 European countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, and Ireland. New countries are added regularly as our network grows.
The full program runs for approximately 6 months from application to placement. The training and mentorship phase takes around 10–14 weeks, followed by active employer introductions. Most candidates receive their first offer within 6 months of starting.
We stand behind our 94% placement rate — but if you complete the full program and do not receive an offer, our team will continue actively working with you at no extra cost. We extend your mentorship and employer introductions until you land the right role.
